I do it on all forums because, having a slightly uncommon name, it makes it easier to find one of my own posts on something if I ever need to by using my name as one of the search keywords. Yes, pretty much every forum has an advanced search that can filter by user name but my quick-and-dirty way means that I can often type a simple text string into the basic search box in the top right (or wherever) and get the result I want.

I won't sign this one, just for you OMB :p
 
This stopped with the change to the new @crystalpremium domain with the uncapped midnight express profiles.

Ive never had them sent to me since, I have however requested it manually, but its not a breakdown, only a total, via chat.

If you PM me your username and email I'll get these setup for you again...
 
Just tested my side and straight to HD. Network has plenty spare at the moment - not even contending it...:)
Ja no Idea then. Youtube seems fine as well as Hulu. Netflix seems to be the only culprit at the moment.

Sounds like something localised then. Not 100% sure where the issue could lie other than the device you're streaming from. Perhaps rebooting all-round may help?

I've signed up for CW trial account and I've received my login details to enter in the router settings, but for some reason it is not working? I would really like to try this out as soon as possible as I need to switch ISP's soon.

There are only 9 clients around the country currently experiencing authentication issues, and they're all due to password issues. There are and have been no issues with authentication on our side at all, so any trouble will be the result of a password issue or isolated Telkom issues in your area, or possibly planned maintenance. Support are available from 8am this morning and will assist with any hassles here but if it's urgent, drop me a PM and I'll help out with this. Should be pretty easy to identify and help to resolve (other than a Telkom fault or area maintenance which we can't directly fix no matter how much I desperately want to)...

If you signed up around the midnight window it will be scheduled to go live at midnight tonight, but the guys on support can manually force the provisioning for you from 8am, so just hop on to live chat on our website and any of the agents will be able to get you up and running immediately...

Thanks you very much. I applied yesterday around 12:45 PM, but I will quickly try and see if the login credentials are working.
 
I've instructed the guys to deploy tomorrow. Current usage, profile, password resets, login history, usage history, subscriptions, billing history, invoices, statements, will go live. Pulling a few other aspects that are taking too long for mine (and everyone else's) liking...
