Absolutely nothing wrong our side of the network. Just checked live, and last 24hrs. Hop on over to our website and an agent can assist on live chat. Sounds to me like DNS, LAN, or Telkom work going on. But always hop to live chat first, because if we have a network related issue I update the notices immediately, which you can subscribe to. And we have very specific processes for supporting our customers, none of which lend themselves to an easy Mybroadband.co.za interaction. The support guys will sort you out though...I just joined the crystal Web family and got myself a 4mb premium account. But can barely stream youtube videos or downloadm games via Xbox one ate my full line speed. What's going on?
My usage e-mail indicates that I used 6250MB peak so far this month but I cannot see it on the portal stats (portal shows 2670). It seems somewhat high to me.
Ugh, woke up to my line syncing at 12476kbps again. And surprise, ping is back to 199ms to London.
Time to phone Telkom and get them to resync me to 10Mbps.
Seems the assia system rechecks weekly...sigh.
This is the default state of the system now from their side...
Maybe they'll catch on to it being a bad idea.
By the way DJ... did you notice any hiccups with twitch last night on the network? Had a few hours of issues before it decided to work.
