Picked up an issue this side and have the guys working on it at the moment...
Yeah had a game of LoL and ping was steady at 240ms (higher) but lag spikes all over. Hope it's sorted soon, was all set for some gaming this evening!

I'm getting random ping spikes as well, but it looks like mine is exchange related. Thanks to Telkom for absolutely bugger all. I'm currently waiting for FTTH which is being rolled out in my area. So DJ/CrystalWeb/whoever - if you have a mailing list for product rollouts/updates, could you kindly add me if I send my email address.
