YouTube HD streaming is usually OK. Watching videos on Steam full screen (which I assume is HD) has always been a pain. Is this a Steam thing or CW?

Surely there is someone else that can post in his absence. I mean it is not like there is a lot a of actual support required in this thread. The service works great. Just some info would be nice every so often.

They've gone live on a couple more FTTH networks, and there's something cool and unrelated in the pipeline...

I've given up on seeing a working portal any time soon. The nightly usage reports and books.zoho.com/portal/crystalweb/ for billing queries will suffice for now.

I'd rather have the ****ty Crystal portal with an excellent network and performance, than the awesome Afrihost portal with sub-standard network and support. Been there, done that, got the high blood pressure!
It's obvious though that there are some parts of the service that CW is being absolutely terrible at.

Not yet, checked the billing portal and my last invoice was 1st July, my August payment is reflecting on my account as an "Unused Amount".
That's no excuse. What's stopping DJ from sending out monthly newsletters? He has all our email addresses.
