I saw your latest test result to the handover point where it only tests to Vuma's handover to us and the upload side is very low. Something is not quite right there either in your TCP settings or perhaps on the router.

I have changed nothing - seems you guys have fixed the local problem - http://netgauge.ookla.com/share/532212965.png

Will you let us know when the international is fixed.

Thank you again.

Would you be so kind as to let us know when

CW any chance of 10mbps Fibre for under R600? Our Fibre line will be installed soon and gathering prices at this stage.

If money talks, you can always get that ISP who claims to Open the Web for R329;) Hurry, accounts are limited.

No I was just thinking, I know someone close to me on Infinity Fibre at R549 a month for 10mbps uncapped and unshaped. He has been on the package for a while now with 0 issues and use about 300GB a month on streaming alone. Now with that aggressive pricing from them and from various ISP's I was hoping that CW will also be in the same price range, as I prefer CW.

You have to remember something here. Shaun and his team will be looking at pricing and trying to figure out the best way to drop it, without compromising the network in terms of quality, As Sinbad pointed out, sometimes pricing high is good to maintain the quality by having the funds necessary to maintain the infrastructure. CW are also coming off a high cost currently, so price drops could be bigger on certain packages, and smaller on others.

I'm happy to pay a little more for a service that works. Please don't go the route of AfriHost!

Totally agree, I myself am prepared to pay a bit more for quality. I was one of the early adopters of CW back when they started, so would be my first choice again once we have any form of lines at our complex.

So, what's the bet that MyBB won't run Crystal Web's upcoming announcements on their homepage?

Im not a CW client, but Shaun and his team are awesome. Im looking to see what he does with pricing though. If its good, its certainly going to be a game changer. Network Quality and Lower pricing would make for an unbelievable experience.

Im also sure Bryn's dream will come true :D

No international connectivity again on Vumatel/CW.

Is this another DDOS?

Edit: Just after I typed this I got an email stating it is another DDOS.

is there no way to mitigate this? Any idea of who is doing this?

The bad: No CW announcement today

The good: Only 3 days left for them to make the announcement

I'm waiting with bated breath regarding their Extreme FTTH. I would quite comfortably sign up a 24 month 1.6k contract for 100/100 SDL.
