On the road right now. Afraid of being accused of trolling if I post my Afrihost result.
I also got a password reset email but I'm not a customer.

I spoke to online chat on Friday. Still havent received my email to reset my password. SighI also got a password reset email but I'm not a customer.
I don't think it's a matter of 'quick to post CW leaks' - it seems to be more along the lines of a deliberate, malicious attack.
Do a comparison. Speedtest with CW and your current ISP and post pics. Also a tracert to x site. Then maybe CW can see via that what might be wrong with the test acc.

Which DNS settings? Automatic?
Jip, automatic.
Run that CW tracert again?
Copy paste these to support. Something on that 2nd hop looks off...
Comparison from my capped account on my phone.

Never had issues.
Hop on chat when you can and I am sure support will sort you out. Their support is second to none.
Something wrong with that 2nd hop...
Second hop is usually the exchange areas. Who is the line management with? Thanks, I'm a total noob in interpreting the results.![]()

I ordered both of those on Thursday. Expecting it by next FridayI've decided this is the route I'm going for monitoring my usage. I think I'll prefer this option in the long run, after watching some Youtube videos on this particular option, other cheaper popular options and the current functionality of the Fritz!Boxes (before firmware alteration by CW).
1st purchase - Ubiquiti UniFi Security Gateway (R2135):

2nd purchase - Ubiquiti UniFi Cloud Key (R1795):

The first device relegates my router to being purely a modem, and unlocks all the extra functionality currently locked in my existing Ubiquiti interface that only contains APs atm. This includes wireless and wired user reporting, historical reporting, deep packet inspection and all sorts of nifty stats about the network.
The downside to that gateway is that it requires a PC running the UniFi controller at all times. Fortunately the UniFi Cloud Key replaces the need for a PC, as it runs the UniFi controller. As a nifty extra perk, it lets you access and control your network from anywhere.
What you guys think?
