Can we have feedback if the Xtreme Home Capped products between 00h00 and 18:00 are in full effect or are we going to get a surprise on our usage stats?
 
I received the usage mail and it still states I am on the old package.

However the invoice I received shows the new package so I would assume the changes have been made?
 
Lucky you, I didn't even receive an invoice, and indeed the usage email shows that I haven't been upgraded - not that I know what I would supposedly be upgraded to anyway, Crystal Web doesn't want to say :)
 
OH, forgot to mention, if anyone of you are using snapscan, there are upgrades to the website so the QR code l ink is indeed broken (at least for me). They sent me a new link to use.

Im confused, got my invoice now and it says balance due R0 and that I already paid. I haven't paid it yet though. Wanted to chat with billing support but they are offline.

Is this month free?
 
OK, I finally got the invoice. It seems like my package was not changed at all. I'm still being billed for a "Standard Business Capped 100GB + Midnight Express" at R299.

The R299 is the new price ..... maybe the 100gb showing is just a print error?

But that's not the package I previously had. The package I previously had is Standard Business Capped 100GB, which cost R299 per month. The package I have now according to billing is Standard Business Capped 100GB, which still costs R299 per month. No change whatsoever.

Edit: The daily usage email also says my cap is still 100GB.
 
Man, CW is noticeably faster than Afrihost. Nice being back on my normal account. Even browsing is a bit snappier.

Probably just some admin crap they're busy sorting out. I confirmed with support that I'm now on the R799 500GB package and that the 6pm uncapped data is in effect.

I've got to say that I'm pretty peeved with CW right now. I have been running torrents pretty much the entire day, trying to download Luke Cage. It has been going at a total speed of around 300-400KB/s for hours and hours, peaking at around 500KB/s. I assumed it was a seed issue as the downloads are new, although the seed to peer ratios don't look diabolical.

I decided to test out Afrihost and the total speed jumped past 2MB/s in about a minute, and it hasn't dipped below 1.6MB/s.

Why is CW shaping torrents?
