Thanks for the feedback. Will do some testing today to see what's happening and if we can identify any issues we need to sort out for you. Thanks for the specifics. Please also report to support so any common denominators can be identified and we keep it all in the escalation channels. :)

I'll do that.

One other thing - my latest usage email no longer sorts my usage into normal data and open time data. It just has sent, received, total, a 1.07 petabyte cap and a % used of 0%. You guys are on top of this right?

Got a heart-attack when I saw usage stats this morning after the first day of 00:00-18:00.:(

Given I only resumed my downloads at 10:00 yesterday morning.

30GB Peak and 2GB Late.

I'm sure I'm not the only one?

Likewise. So much for the automatic upgrades.

I dropped a ticket, let's hope they sort it, a disproportionate amount of my cap vanished yesterday.

Edit: Yup all sorted and cap reset, thanks CW.

My email doesn't even differentiate between data anymore. It just says that I've used 24GB out of 1PB.

Oh well, I'm sure Crystal Web will figure this out eventually. Or maybe 1PB is simply my upgraded product.

Well, @Phinix is based in CT and I'm in PE, and I'm definitely experiencing degraded service on CW for some reason.

I thought the torrents yesterday were an anomaly, but I just purchased FIFA 17 and the download speed was rubbish. Switched to Afrihost and it jumped up significantly:

I've had the same issue a few weeks back with BF1 beta. On CW I'd get around 250kb/sec, on Telkom it would max my line, 1100kb/sec.

Perhaps there is a routing issue somewhere when it comes to Origin downloads?

Other than that 99% of the time I'd get full speeds on http and steam.

Also experiencing slow speeds.

Getting 10mbs on my 100mb fibre. Upload speeds are fine. Download speeds are 10% of what they should be.

Well problem is on my CW capped account. First time ever having issues. They changed my account to a business capped to test and speeds went to 50mbs.

Changes over to my WA test account and full speed on YouTube, nntp, direct downloads and speed tests.

So the problem is on CW. Was escalated to technical. Hope they can resolve this quickly.

Also noticed my Torrents were trickling through today. I further picked some popular ones only to see the same thing.
Not clued up on how it all works though but when switched over to a VPN the same initial (stuggling) torrents are coming in at just under 900kpbs

Anyone know what would cause my throughput while streaming to be a full 9/10mbps after a router reset and then within 30s it drops back down to below 5mbps and never increases again ?

Speed test shows full line speed and my torrents are erratic

Im still having latency issues, Telkom says it's IS and CW says it Telkom. In the mean time I am having bad latencies in online gaming that nobody it seems can fix.
