Usage thus far for December: :erm:

My last usage email only had 274GB as used from my 500GB cap. But downgrading to a 350GB account doesn't feel right considering the household is now consistently doing over 1TB every month.
 
You are a patient person. Even though knowing it wouldn't help or change the situation....I would have lost my schit.

I'm pretty sure he has already vented his frustrations but is also mature enough to realise what is happening. OS need to fix it... nobody else can. I've even tried to get my old OS connections to assist him but OS has a new shutdown policy!!! WTF ???

As I said..Wouldn't have helped or changed the situation. It's in the middle of my last post :)

Partly why I understand it because we also used to have a network freeze period so figured it must be something like that.

Everyone deserves a holiday I guess.

I think the fact that I know it's just a software issue of sorts and that my line isn't actually faulty and the stats are perfect means I know it will be fixed when whoever flips the switch.

As MickeyD has said there's nothing I can really do and at the very least my internet has still been working albeit very slowly.

If it had been limited to 4MB I would probably not even have made any fuss at all...the 2MB is just too little to cope with Netflix + PS4 + Xbox One + Other internet devices all at once.
 
I just noticed that my 10Mbps ADSL line got bumped from 0.5Mbps upstream to 1Mbps upstream. Did anyone else experience this?

When does the shutdown end? Waiting for fibre to go live all over again sucks.

(Although I'm glad it's happening at all ofc)

Looking for info on this as well. Made an attempt to get more info out of them yesterday, no such luck just yet.
