Old data but still probably the live password of most users (including mine).

Its mostly when i hit the menu option. The site opens fine, but when i try and hit the left pane option, it gives me that

I went and tested it after you posted as I was looking for the mobile data stuff.
Worked for me.

The menu doesn't work on iOS. Crashes each time.
The site is riddled with js errors. I've seen better developed sites. That said, their net is solid though

Not to be a negative Nancy, but the portal and website looks like a high school exam project the design choice seems a bit weird, does not look very good on mobile as well. On the network side of things I love Crystalweb since I very rarely had any issues.
On a side note what is happening to mobile data? Is it still launching November 2016?

New portal works fine.
Discovered a minor bug if your cellphone number is not registered on the portal itself.
When you change your DSL password it generates an error message but does in fact change your password and email it to you. I did it twice and then cos the 2nd email took so long to come through,entered the incorrect password the first time.
When the second password came through once I'd logged on with my backup account I realised the error (while chatting to support at midnight nogal) and it was all good.

Was that really the original launch date..? I hope it doesn't take "portal" time to get going.
Yeah it doesn't look good. They said that the current and extremely unsightly website was a placeholder for a better one, but nothing new has arrived and now the portal uses the same template.
