Does eating bread make you fat?

Just eat everything that you see, your body knows what you want it to achieve.
 
Substitute bread for brown rice.
Avoid anything with flour.

Because you aren’t being healthy and aren’t training for gains.

You also paint a massive target on your own back.

Maybe get a personal trainer, because you are your own worst enemy in this.

Because you've been through all this in more than one other thread. People gave you a ****ton of diet advice and you're back asking the same questions. Stop trying to justify your laziness and unwillingness to change.
 
No man, but seriously. I haven't gymmed since last week. And I must say my body feels a lot less pain and strain.

Am I training wrong or is the pain the proof of the gain?
