^^ Same scenario here. Sorry to hear you may also be in for the long haul.
Our service was cancelled 25 Feb then double debit order taken a month after initial refund for first incorrect debit order.
Latest DSTV agent ( 011 289 2222) emailed confrmation with another ref no. last month that :-
'Incorrect system re-activation' cancelled, no further debit orders will be deducted .
Incorrect 2 month debit order R1803 to be refunded.
No refund yet.
Getting ready to register formal complaints to all possible authorities if not resolved by end May.
Expect a new 2700 debit order to hit your account in the next few days...
Its nice to know that DSTv couldn't be arsed to ever fix their debit order fsckup.. I went through the same thing 5 or 6 years ago and got given the same bullshyte excuse then as well about "system incorrectly reactivated the service"
