No, I don't work for Mweb or any other ISP for that matter. I would really like to know why the user experience is different from user to user. Perhaps it's the sites we use?

My mweb is running like a dream. Getting 400KB/s 24/7 on HTTP downloads and torrents is not bad at all. Guess I'm the lucky person. WOW MWEB FTW!!!!!! I really think mweb is the best. I'm downloading and playing black ops with +- 25 -30 ping. maybe check your router settings.
This is my trick and it doesn't bypass shaping. My internet was also slow before I installed Untangle firewall. You don't need to be a IT guru to use this. If you need advice please pm me

You wouldn't need tricks, refrigerated routers, to bypass shaping, etc, etc, etc.

I did leave them - and you'll see I don't participate in the MWEB subscriber thread.... if you used a bit of thought you'd realize I'm bitching at the MWEB fans trolling this thread - but then again, you're probably a MWEB users... which would explain everything. All we want in this thread is EX-MWEB members feedback on their current ISPs... obviously way beyond the understanding of current MWEB users.
As above, if you want to - start what ever thread you like - no one is stopping you.

those xmweb connections must be so slow that you can talk so much **** here instead of just enjoying it 
anyways, it's cool that we get exposure to other isps, but exactly as i said the thread could have been more maturely named as just uncapped providers instead of going all interwebz dramaticz about it.
