a) alcohol is a toxin (poison)
b) your body has a negative effect because the body is unable to efficiently remove all the toxic material - it uses up water in you, to flush the toxins.
c) drinking water during and after alchohol sessions, provides the flushing mechanism your body needs.
d) Coke believe it or not, does have electrolytes (as well as sugar and caffeine)
e) Grandpa headache powders contain a whack of raw caffeine, and paracetamol. So Coke+2 grandpa powders, is a good first step, followed by lots of water.
I tend to find that very greasy foods, are a useful thing for removing the damage.. anything from fried eggs, to slap chips, to pastry (pies) along with the coke & grandpa's..
And just to be scary, I dont remember when I actually drank alcohol last.. too much negative result for not enough fun..
