Can connect via laptop if you are very close to a highsite, as in less that 50m

Yes. It's not the Internet or an Internet service. Think of it like your varsity network, same concept.. just in your house. Yes you could say "but what can I get from a varsity network". Plenty. There is a reason TENET is building a 10Gbps network across the country and has 10Gbps to SEACOM. But that's another discussion altogether

Routing wont fix this unless I get routed out over the internet and that is illegal I would assume.
Plus it would Crush someone bandwidth.
