Been on to Afrihost support. Did something on the ONT (I don't know what).
Then rebooted ONT.
When we had the drop just now, I could ping 8.8.8.8 but not access web pages.
Changed from auto DNS to manual 8.8.8.8 in the router.
Cant be worse.

Can ping 8.8.8.8.
Speed test to CT: 12mS ping, 21 Mbps down (package), Upload error up.
Frog Foot and Afrihost, what is going on...

Most graphs you see here like what Hero and I use is called smokeping.

Some others that I've seen on here is PingPlotter as well

I have just lost my cool with Afrihost and they now say there was some configuration / provisioning error...after 4 months of battling.
I am so disappointed in both Afrihost and Frog Foot that I just doubt the service will improve.
Stick to ADSL OR LTE
