Could anyone else on FF or Blitz advise what your 1.1.1.1 ping is?

40ms for me, I see someone posted a speed test with 12ms recently

My latency to Cape Town is 12ms and Joburg is about 25ms. ISP is Afrihost on Frogfoot.
 
My FF is dead in PE as of now. Was working until an hour ago. No IP address (VOX)...
 
was coming here just to check if it was just me, Blitz/Frogfoot Summerstrand
 
Just came up but it will probably die again now with the load shedding which is 7 mins late :P
 
Same. Back “for now” as somewhere somehow a UPS battery is trying hard to recharge !

Kabega 1.4 suposed to be up end of last month, fibre not in trunking yet , maybe end jan or feb , as according to ward counselor they may only resume after 16 January

Guy was infront of our house installing fibre in ducking for frogfoot, asked him when closing for year end , he said they aiming to have us live by next week or two , kabega 1.4

I see that the cabling has since disappeared, but see no manhole/junction box anywhere?

Got a call today, Newton Park (forgot which number) is going live on the 20th and we'll be contacted again, when they arrange the installation.

Looks like early Jan for fibre then, unless they pull a Christmas miracle.

Well some good news at least. One section of Newton Park/Glenhurd has gone live. The bad news is I live directly across the road from the area which is live (in the yellow area). Guessing it's going live in this week.
