Had enough of coughing lungs, the smell of everything like smoke.
 
I just quit 5 minutes ago. Not sure how long it'll last though... maybe till my next one. :whistle:

Seriously though, well done and good luck.

At least it aint one of those new years resolutions (which can never be kept), it is something you really want to do.

I just made a decision that I had enough. However every time I feel a craving I shall post here!

I stopped, cold duck! No pills, e cigs etc
 
Try and use the Allen Carr audio book. That helped me.
Week 7 now. :)

Have to say that non-smokers are wimps, a few things have gone wrong for me since I quit. :(
