ITNT Capped DSL Feedback

F#cking knobs ! Now I get an email saying I used 99% of my cap when I have more than 50% left. Called in and moaned because they haven't answered my email from this morning. Waiting to hear back now. Apparently, lots of people have called and complained about this. I assume mostly MyBb members.

I also have 50% of my 10GB account left and find that it's now heavily shaped. I think the MyBB subscribers are trying to burn through their data before eom
 
Burn baby burn. Performance of this thing is awesome. Nntp line speed since 7:30am. Called in about the warnings. Didn't call back but nntp still klapping so I assume it's fixed.

Speed test returns 2Mbit or so down (local) :wtf: Seem to be a bit intermittent. Not sure if it is just ITNT or IS themselves?
International EU ping is a shocking 281ms

Same problem here....these guys are messing around. Used only 20% of my cap and received an email with a warning that I used 80%. Connection is up and down at the moment. Line is dropping every few minutes. Latency is all over the show.
 
Called in again. Their developer (singular) is trying to sort it out. No ETA. I can't use the account because I've "reached my limit" even though I have just barely scraped 50% of it. Glad this was a once off, but I want what I paid for regardless. I'm not about to just kiss 25GB of unused data that I paid for goodbye.
 
Had to stop using my ITNT account as well, international streaming was buffering all the time. Not sure what the problem is as it has been working flawlessly for the past few days.

Busted! I'm on a 4MB line and iTNT are throttling me down to 2MB. Look at the details in your CP (I'm posted a screenshot of mine)

They still haven't contacted me. I used half what I paid for and they cut my service off. F#cking clowns !

I have a 50gig account

Only used:
Percentage of total used: 2%

Data Downloaded: 0.976 Gb
Data Uploaded: 0.048 Gb

Total: 1.024 Gb
 
Bought the 50gig Package, and trying to use up the data before month end, but they've made it impossible, shaping me into the ground. Set some downloads to run overnight and for some reason they stopped, only to find that after using 26 of the 50 gig, I've now reached my cap. Not even going to try and contact these muppets, just write of the 24 I have left and move on.
 
Saw some guy advertising ITNT in another thread so decided to check it out.

They are selling IS-based capped accounts at the moment for R1/gig, so thought it was worth a try.

Signed up for the 10GB package to test with, payment is by credit card (using vcs). Activation was instant.

Speeds are basically the same as any other IS account (WebAfrica, Plugg ,etc) so far.

Back to working ok for me. So far so good.

Except I'm getting those emails telling me that my usage is waaaay more than my actual usage. I suspect I'm going to be capped soon at just under 50% of the actual usage.

Anyone got an actual email address for these mofo's? Their website contact form submission doesn't work. Keeps telling me to add a message more than 10 characters long, meanwhile I have a whole rant in there.

Just call. Worked for me. Pity about the campaign. This account runs like a dog.

I had the same problem. It eventually went through. They never responded though, so I ended up phoning them. I'd suggest you go that route.

It seems I wasn't the only one hard capped early. These guys are a useless, please stay away from them.

I hope we don't get capped again:)

By the way, those who chose the monthly plan, there is a 30 day cancellation policy. If you plan on using this service all the way till december, please cancel in November otherwise you gonna get a nice hefty January bill.
 
Wait, what ? How would I know if I selected monthly ? I only ever saw the R50 per month option when I took the 50GB package.
