The buzz on this plasma is really irritating the **** out of me, am I just being ridiculous? Even sitting in bed all I hear is "bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz"

Normal volume should easily drown out any buzzing.

Just move it to the lounge/TV room. ;)

Maybe its a vibration off the TV stand.

You eventually get used to it, had it on my plasma four years ago.

Yeah I think it is one of those things. I will get used to it. Its not that bad, I am just anal I think :p

I am still amazed by the SD TV quality. Really brilliant.

The SDTV I watch is through my HD PVR and it's semi upscaled so it looks good anyway. When I first got my LCD I was concerned over SD quality but it turned out to be for naught though as it didn't look as bad as everyone kept saying it would.

Until you compare it to a bigger plasma that costs less. ;)

No thanks, had my plasma experience and happy with LCD for now.

Good for you - it's clear you didn't need good quality SD/sport, which many people who buy a TV need.

Let's also not forgot that all the other C530 LCD owners on this forum aren't shy to comment on the poor SD quality. Maybe yours is speshul.

Don't have a C530 LCD, and as explained in my post SDTV goes through an HDPVR which upscales the image so it doesn't bug me. Even DVDs get upscaled thanks to the wonderful PS3 ;-)

:D

I still think he should just move it to the lounge, where the gaming happens.

It is in the lounge Postman :)

The LCD will be going to the room when they replace it that is.

Played some DeadSpace last night, was ridiculously awesome!

Oh right, thought it was in the room because you spoke about hearing it from bed. Unless you hear it buzzing in the lounge from your bedroom? Definitely faulty then! :D

Cool, how was it compared to your LCD gaming experience? Same? Better?

lol, no I meant, I was in bed and I could still hear the buzzing in my head :D

The buzz is faint, but I think I knew it was going to be there so I notice it.

As for gaming, it was awesome. Crisp and clear, and obviously HUGE. Can't really say if it was better yet, I didn't play for long. Going to settle down tonight with some GT5 I think.
