LucidView mobile uncapped feedback

Everything is working smoothly on my side but very disappointed at the speeds I am getting will test every port and revert back to you.

Waste of money :( that is why they give you R50 to shut the f u :P
 
Our first tester & his first impressions are not that good.
Seems like ill steer clear of this lucid product!

did get reply from lucidview support.

Hi

I'm following up with MTN. It is supposed to be activated already, all we need to action is the provisioning of the SIM on the APN. Tarryn will get back to you today.

Ok. Get back to you on what? Activate the damn thing already!

And the sim is activated mid month, but our debit orders went off on the 2nd. What do they say about that?

I have spoken to MTN and they say your sim card will be active just after 14:00.

I'm trying to get my sim activated but its a impossible task cause no one is available that works with the sims....... Now I'm getting frustrated..........
 
Customer service is off to a bad start.

It's disappointing to read how you guys are struggling. :( I hope that when the sims are activated that the connection performance makes it all worthwhile.

That is who I'm trying to get hold of. 7 calls already and she is still unavailable. Everytime I call she isn't in and they take my details but no one phones me back and no one can help me get it activated......
