Massive Hamburgers

Went to Nob in Woodstock last night. Possibly the best burger I've had and it was massive. There's also a 700g option.

The decor is retro 80s rock and roll with American/biker/motor/Jack D etc. memorabilia. A comic strip painted on one of the walls. There's a pool table, pinball machine and some arcade games. Should give you an idea of the scene. Definitely lots of effort put in. There was a live band for a while (loud, so hard to talk). Everything is done from behind a small bar/counter much like The Dog's Bollocks. Nob would appeal most to alternative types, and anyone who wants a good burger and a new experience.

I just had one of these at teh Rondebosch restaurant. Pretty much have the same sentiments as you. 7/10. Tasted good but won't have it again. Definitely should have taken a doggy bag :D Went down well with a Jack Black.

Can safely say that is my limit as I just made it.

Haha I see I posted this in 2014, the difference in burger size has changed massively since then!
