Moved to new address, now there's no decent data coverage?

In summary : I have moved from one part of Pretoria, to a different suburb which happens to be quite centrally located, close to malls, community centers and other amenities. It never occurred to me, to test mobile data speeds while looking at the house initially (does anyone check data coverage when they scout a new house?)

Upon taking residence, I have discovered that my Vodacom and Telkom mobile data speeds, which for the most part during the past year or so has ranged from decent to quite good, is now practically unusable due to poor data coverage. I have tested from multiple devices and also tested Cell C data speeds from the new address as well... results were also poor.

I have another 7 months before my current Vodacom data contract ends, but with the poor coverage issue, I am not sure what can be done about the situation? Can I end the contract without being charged penalty fees, or would I be expected to give Vodacom enough time to "fix" the problem? If so, how money months would I still pay for a service which doesn't quite work like it should...?
