MTN confirms smartphone service data bundle pricing

How is this competition to BIS? Is it 75MB per day for 30 days or 75MB for the whole month? if it's the latter then Empty N are crazy. We want to know!!!!

How is this anything thing like the Blackberry service when if you go over 75meg you get charged extra? I dont understand the reasoning behind these bundles or am is just being stupid?

Also I say again...on Vodacom you can get 100megs for R49.00.

This whole thing dont make sense to me I am sorry.

MTN has really gone down the drain. Crappy network, been sued by Turkcell and not been able to provide any good deals. Very confusing and very sad.

FFFF AA III L
F A A I L
FFF AAAA I L
F A A I L
F A A III LLLL

I spent more effort on this than MTN did thinking up the offer!

is mybroadband.co.za a marketing medium? do mtn pay to have this article published?

this is in no way similar to BiS....

as everyone has pointed out its not even on par with buying a actual normal data bundle for your phone. yet the article makes it out as if its best thing since sliced bread... wish there was a site like mybroadband that actually had the readers best interest in mind and not the advertisers...

stupid offering. Why is data such a stumbling block for the SPs in SA? FFS man, smartphones are all the craze what the hell do they expect you to browse with 75mb??

Give us 200mb for R50, at least make it attractive!

Well, they have the best Samsung Galaxy S2 deal. But this deal does suck. Nothing special, i don't know why they even bothered with this.

Maybe someone at MTN had nothing to do and they were afraid they gonna be fired and they pretended to work on something while not really working on anything...
(wait, does Wally from Dilbert work at MTN now?)

More evidence for my sig. How the <insert expletive here> is this "similar" to BIS? It's just a bloody data bundle for crying out loud. Why did the author of the article not point out that, unlike the claim by Mr Tobo-something-or-other, this is NOTHING LIKE BIS? Refer to my sig.

R49 for 75mb equates to R0.65 per meg or R669.01 per gb!!!!!!!!! WTF???!!!!

What would be the charge per mb post 75mb??????

75MB? :wtf: Seriously! What year are they living in?

I cannot believe how pathetic this offering is. Seriously MTN are a bunch of morons.
