I recently bought the "double your data bundle" promo from mtn where I bought the 1gig for 7 days for R30 under this bundle, but I never received it and mtn is telling me that I just bought the normal 7 days one. If that is the case why would they put or advertise this under the " double the data" promo? Anyone else this happened to? And can someone tell me where to complain about this if mtn doesn't help me? would be the advertising authority of south africa or icasa? I've attached the screen shots that I'm talking about.
