Well it's not full line speed still ..... but hopefully me getting 130 kbps means that they are fixing it.

im sitting on 18kb, about half line speed, better but still not what i am paying for, thanks for the updates mweb guy

My speed on the news servers since yesterday morning is 1kb/s. What gives Mweb? Not happy. Seems every month is issues cropping up now.:mad::crying:

You lucky, try 1kb/s since yesterday morning. On a weekend I was never throttled by Telkom, what ever we say about them at least the throttling was not as bad.

My speed on the news servers since yesterday morning is 1kb/s. What gives Mweb? Not happy. Seems every month is issues cropping up now.:mad::crying:

Not just the news server, everything is slow except for browsing. But even that seems a little off. Ill PM you the details.

We've had a number of requests for this and our portal and legal team are in the process of reworking the document so that all of the changes are clearly highlighted. Check back again early next week and you should find it much easier reading. Bear in mind that the new T&C's are only effective for new customers from 1 April, as an existing customer these only become effective for you form the 1st of May.

Thanks. It's easy to miss something important unless it's clearly highlighted.

Rift unplayable, actually 150,000 ping on it. Nothing responds. Tried everything to lessen it, and nothing. Browsing slow as usual as well. Getting tired of it. 384kb uncapped shaped account.
