My speed is also crappy. Seriously... I don't want to start trolling these threads day and night again for updates!!
 
All International is gone ........

... and no local gaming even coz the authorization can't work :mad:

We have noticed a brief dip in our international browsing and email however all seems to be back to normal and our engineers are keeping an eye on it.

It still isnt back to normal. With Battleping my latency/ping to the England server was a stable 235-236 for over 4 months. Since that recent problem I havent gotten lower then 243 to the Netherlands Server. The England server is sitting on 260. I play WoW at an extremely high lvl and this is causing me many issues. Is there a reason why the latency has been affected for WoW? Also on the WebAfrica trial account I get 190 ping to most of the Battleping Servers, why is this? I love Mweb Uncapped but if I cant play WoW properly on it, it might be time for a change. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
I got a 4meg line and a 4meg uncapped MWEB account and my P2P or HTTP downloads hasnt gone past 20kbps since yesterday??

260ms is about right for seacom,

webafrica uses sat-3.

if your in cpt you will get sat-3 bandwidth also.

Stop with the eyeing it and fix it.

Between Telkom and Mweb blaming each other. Fix the farken problems, if I did what you do to customers I would be on the street.

Uncapped, unshapped is a frikken joke at the moment.
 
Just tried an ISO download from the local Ubuntu mirror. Seems to be back to normal speeds for me.

When there's no issues - lots of responses

When there's only a few of us with issues - they ignore it?

500ms now when I am trying to raid. I dont pay 5 dollars a month on a proxy service so I can have such a massive ping. Please fix whatever the problem is. This is getting out of control.

You forgot - When there's someone looking to get an Mweb account, then there will be millions to assist

Seem to be having problems with BFBC2 servers. Even on Mweb server I get high latency. Sometimes it'll be fine for a few minutes then it'll just go crazy. Difficult to walk out a house when I'm getting dragged back and forth. o.o
Been like this since last week.
