"It's SEACOM, not us" is not an excuse. We're paying for a service from YOU, not SEACOM. This has happened how many times now? And you still don't have a backup plan in place?
How about some status updates? ETA's? An apology? Offer of downtime subtracted from our next bill? SEACOM is obviously a sub par cable/service, but you don't have to be.
