Please try connecting to another STEAM server i.e. MWEB Cape town server?
I did try that too and I had the same error again. At some random try to reconnect to steam with mweb account it will connects but 1 out of 10 to 15 try's. I've deleted all steam logs to isolate the problem and include both ISP scenarios steam logs (maybe it will help) / Thanks:

Yep cant connect to steam or psn, and p2p is practically dead.
I think there has to be some kind of problem
Guess the last complaint will be mine lol... Fileserve and filesonic not working .... but on the other side i reloaded my MAC today and the updates ran very nicely and also all the re installs of software from the app store... one upside..... MWEB guy will the upgrades the weekend ensure that we as customers can download torrents and fileshare sites anytime of the day again?
Evening Guys, thank you very much for providing us feedback regarding your experiences on our network. I have escalated the gaming related queries to our game master to assist with its resolution. We have also taken note of the numerous complaints regarding p2p and streaming, we hope that the capacity increase coming this weekend assists in the resolution of these queries.

How much more bandwidth are you getting?
Dear MWEB Guy. There has been a deterioration of my service over the past two weeks - an experience shared by many on this forum. Youtube is barely useable and filesonic and fileserve is dead in the water. The promised capacity increase may or may not sort this out. In view of your 30 days notice period, I am hesitant to wait for the promised upgrades - this would mean two months of the same if the upgrades are ineffective. Any suggestions?
Thank you very much much for the feedback MWEB Guy... Lets see how it goes... I mainly download at night, but i would be nice to be able schedule the downloads during the day and let them just run at night, think that is my biggest frustration at the moment..
