Also PS3 problems persist and I have a tournament on next week so you telling me we all have to take our business else where, and remember Will and MWG, we are not blaming you guys but also we are, as you have taken responsibility as spokes people for MWEB (unofficialy) in this forum... and majority of us are on other Forums and groups and people are constanly looking for othr ISPS.. I have recommended MWEB to people in the past but after this month and "ALL OF MWEB'S BS AND LIES AND BLAMING OTHER PARTIES" I have recommended people to other ISP's

So either you start upping your game like the other ISP's and communicate to your customers and not BS them and take ownership you gonna start losing clients

I'm pretty sure MWeb guy has less information on what exactly is causing the problem as we do. I picture the cross office conversation now:

Online support staff -> Network Admin : "Hey there's a problem according to some of the users here."

Network Admin -> Online support staff : "No there isn't!"

Online support staff : "Okay."

Online support staff -> Users : "Have you tried rebooting your router?"

Now miraculously this sometimes works, I've tried but it's still the same unfortunately.

Jip always on Teamspeak when I talk to my clan friends and other people joining in I never recommend MWEB to them. After this month I will never ever ever recommend this crap ISP to anyone ever again until mweb fixed their problems for good.

I am even more p1$$ed off because I spent an insane amount of effort to move my website to Mweb Uncapped hosting. that should have been an indication of what was to come...

Guess I'll have to move them back to Host4Africa now and contemplate getting a new ISP. Maybe I'll make a video and put on youtube of me taking a slash in the Mweb Shop. I have heard of people doing that in shopping malls.

They told me it's my configuration lol and I laughed. One of my friends is running openweb after hours 10mb account and he never have any issues with steam. Black ops and steam is working 100% all the time even during day.

lol always with the account when lots of people are complaining just fix this fu##ing network you moron. Mweb told me they will send a technician to my house last week and still waiting for one. Can you just send the technician already please. I want one today or else I'm canceling cause I don't want to be treated as a moron cause I know a thing or 2 about networks. MWEB don't care. I want one here today and not later than today even if the technician have to sit here for 2 days straight I don't care anymore just to prove it's not my line it's you mweb you have to fix this bs interenet. You guys are a scam and are robbing us of our money.

I don't see you ever recovering from this. They still want to check my account and how many times have they done this. What is there to check. Extremely unncessary cant they just be like Afrihost, Their signup and support is the best I have ever come across.. besides their exsessive shaping they are are extremely good
Telephone Support: you want to cancel your account? ok sir just go to your dash and click the 'X' button, please note however to cancel your account 15 days before month end as during this time all accounts are processed and if you cancel within that time you cacellation will be carried over to the folowing month

simple easy!! I mean telephone staff who are well informed and well equipped to help out.. its like they undergo intense training.. and if they cant sort it out within 5 minutes they call or forward you to a supervisor...

MWEB guy I know you and Will are trying your hardest to satisfy everyone within this thread but take note and present these fundamentals to managment.
You will retain more customers and word of mouth is the best form of advertising. Afrihost for a PERFECT example.. no need to advertise as their service and customer service are one of the best
