Does it work when roaming? I get the same error message.

You'll need be on the Telkom network only. It works on dual sim phones but your network connection must be on the TM network.

Sometimes your phone number might be protected so the API won't be able to access your info and sometimes it just doesn't work that's why I suggest registering on onnet.8ta.com

I've tried to troubleshoot the problem with many users and its really a hit and miss, it works for the majority of users.

I went and registered on onnet.8ta.com. Realised that I am already registered, I then linked my cell phone number to the account but still get the same error. I could access the data through the Android app on my S3.

Great app. Would like to be able to pin favourites to the home screen with a large tile that would have updated info displaying without the need to open the app.

Just installed it now for the first time.

Do your favourites sync across both phones? I'm currently working on the secondary tiles above so no actual way for you to test that feature yet.

Funny, just yesterday I tried pining the Live Tile to my start screen, hoping to see the current loadshedding status and if load shedding was planned.

Perhaps have a wide tile, alternating with the current status and if any loadshedding is planned for the day, the other side being the schedule as you have above.

The medium tile can just have the current status and if any loadshedding is planned for the day. Not to sure what to put on the back side as there is only place for the times of one stage.

Sounds like an app idea I've been thinking about over the past few weeks.

I'm in Finance so no idea how to even begin with creating an actual app though.

btw, development on Eishkom hasn't stopped. Its just been paused for this month since two team members(myself included) are doing a month long internship for MS, and the other member is finishing up his Masters work.
