I'll keep this video in my favourites to explain to people what centrifugal force is in future and that bikes are much more stable than people think.

The black on red is just fantastic bru. Loving it. Needs some TLC, there's some stuff the seller didn't mention that's needs handling, but she's mechanically sound and that's what I was looking for.

It's got 6000km and is less than two years old. It looks brand new but it was dropped so there's a cracked fairing and the pillion seat cover is cracked (not in photo). But those are small things.

Just got myself a new kawasaki. The stock mirrors are . Can anyone recommend a place to get nice bar end mirrors?

First chain clean done. Propped side stand up on a brick and jacked up the back wheel :p

Soon, I'll get some paddock stands, I keep telling myself.

Thought the chain needed adjusting as well, but when I measured it it seemed fine. Some of the links seem a bit tight (couple of minor kinks) - When should I worry?

Worry when it's not uniform any more as you spin the wheel. As in some sections are longer than others.

Also what is this cleaning...

lol!
Apparently every 1000km?
I even got some very expensive spray for doing it... (not really expensive though)

My Street Triple got 36000km on it's original chain.

It was never once cleaned by me and I doubt by the workshop either.

Sprayed with wax every 1500km (odd) when returning home and the chain was warm already.

I've got some blue tack stuff. It's spray oil that's sticky. Weird.

I should probably get me some of this wax lube for chain stuff.... What should I get?

It's a debatable thing which is why I brought up the cleaning.

I know people who have never even lubed a chain and it lasted forever.

Others that use grease and others that use Q20.

Then my Suzuki I cleaned and waxed religiously and still replaced the chain at 22k.

My STR I only sprayed on wax very irregularly at times and it lasted way longer than expected.

The relative low power of the NC also shouldn't strain the chain too much.
