Need some confirmation please -->Will this board, ram and CPU work togethere?

Ok, sorry for this guys, I kind of know the answer, but I've never bought such cheapies before, I just need some confirmation before I pay over the money. Will these components work well togethere?
I'm still a bit hazy on this 1333oc for the RAM thing too....

The CPU & Motherboard will work together, but I'm really not sure about the RAM though.

Can't you rather go for another Socket 775 motherboard with DDR2 memory instead?

Absolutely, Foxconn = 1 year warranty and Asus = 3 year warranty. Also rather get better RAM, Corsair DDR3 value RAM is dirt cheap and has a limited lifetime warranty.

with no doubt it will work fine
sold over 10k of the Samsung modules with no issues

I was aware of that, however I had Sahara in mind who only offer 1 year warranties on everything.

oh cool, good to know, thanx, for the extra R60, I reckon Asus is a better board though. thanx for this though, everyone was complaining on newegg that this board wasnt in fact capable of DDR3 1333 , seems to be a lot of mixed signals

The PATA on the P5* boards is a bit flaky. Shouldn't be an issue though...I'm guessing you've got SATA drives anyway.
