Will the all the capped accounts go live on the website on the 1st(Saturday)? Would be able to sub to these accounts on Saturday or would there not be any sales person available?

That is one of the fastest links I think, with vodlocker, vidzi and gorillavid. But last night it did not buffer ahead like a Ferrari, I had to pause it for 1 minute to be able to watch it. :)

Although I will never go back to Mweb, and even if our exchange at work is a bit congested, almost all of those free links including Nowvideo always works. Even the worst one that doesn't even want to play on Afrihost, CW, WA etc... works without buffer on the Mweb 4mbps premium package. But I know that's got to do with cdn's and other stuff I don't understand lol and am prepared to wait it out, maybe CW can also get it right like Mweb. :)

EDIT:

CW this is not meant to take a jab (or is it stab?) at you guys, just saying as I am on Mweb at work and so. :)

EDIT 2:

On a side note, Gaming is awesome, download speed is awesome, semi legal services like Netflix and Hule are perfect (saying semi legal as we are not actually supposed to be able to access those services). But again Unotelly might be messing up things with sites like vodlocker, but unfortunately I can not disable it on my router as my wife and daughter are Netflix crazy. Anyone else care to test vodlocker, cloudzilla and nowvideo on CW DNS and give feedback please?

My apologies about this if it was sent late. We work with a provider who sends the messages and if you can send me the details I will follow up to find out why this was sent late to you.

Not days at all. I do not understand why your mails are not being addressed - please PM me the info and I will follow up as this is the second time and is not acceptable. :(
 
Is there not an easy usage-tracking tool that I can use to see how much bandwidth I've gone through? I've looked all around Crystal Web's website and found nothing, and the SAIX tracking tool doesn't accept my username/password.

Sorry I have to put things right, that was the case earlier this morning for about 10 minutes after I posted this, the rest of the day everything except YouTube buffered on Mweb. CW the nr1 acc for streaming again. :D
 
Officially cancelled the Mweb, hoping for some awesome products and service with CW after my notice period is up :)
 
Is anyone else having speed/throughput issues atm? For the last hour or so my speeds have been crazy slow...even struggling to browse this forum. :(

I had similar problems last night around the same time.
