So this is not a CW problem, but possibly something that relates to one of DJ's/CW's previous posts.
After the last Telkom techie visit (lots of storms in the area, ended up with severe noise on the line), my sync rate had been adjusted to 7mb. I got this corrected back to 10mb after the Telkom fault had been resolved, as this is where it has been for ~1yr.
However at random times during the day, the ISP connection on the router just dies. this lasts for all of 3 - 3,5 mins, then all is well again. It is not exceptionally regular, but seems to happen every couple hours. Is this a result of the ASSIA, or am I overestimating the influence this automation has?

Looking at a capped 120gb account. I game, I stream and I download. The latter always at night and the former whenever I feel like it.
I've read good things now that CW is on IS backbone...no issue or packetloss rubbish?

CW Support is 10x better in my opinion.
CW Billing is better in my opinion too.
I'm happy on my Uncapped account, Performs as well as capped does.
Considering moving over to Crystal Web next month.
I will be sharing a house with two other people. We game and download and stream. Obviously not at the same time.
Currently on a capped 10mbps account but 300gig won't do for 3 people.
