I am paying more for my account than I ever have from any ISP in the last 3 or 4 years. Granted, it's because I want to, because it offers me what I have always wanted out of an ISP.

I really hope that what I am on becomes a viable option for any subscriber.

And I have not once used my referral code. Not because I don't want to, but because I feel that my recommendation (at least on a public forum) should come without any strings attached.

Friends and family know I have no ulterior motive.

So what is the overall verdict on Crystal Web? I need uncapped and I can't do this Webafrica throttling my browsing anymore. Is it worth the premium price? It costs almost as much as a business line. I use about 150 gigs a month on my 2 meg line, would it be worth it to try out these guys? Would I be better off just upgrading my account to a business one on WA?

Most of us here are very happy. At the end of the day what do you have to lose...? They don't have Openwebs draconian cancellation policies so if it doesn't work out for you cancel and move on.

Haha yeah only thing I can really lose is R400 :P Might be worth the try, will see by the end of the month.

I can't see how the service will be so terrible that you end up losing out on R400 :p But hey it's up to you at the end of the day :)

Same here. Was going to give it a few days before contacting support.

Phoenix I did PM. You on the other hand are all paid up from what I can tell, and new billing will be sent tomorrow. With all of the massive changes happening on our end with the launch, I have every single employee in tonight working on doing reconciliations to ensure that we get it right, tonight. Even the lazy buggers in finance are working for a change. :D

You are going to be faced with problems such as:

IT WORKS!
ITS FAST!
OMG IT STREAMS!

... I seem to have those a few times a day :(

Heh, sounds good. How does the shaping policy work? I couldn't find much about it on the site.

That's good to know. Hope everything goes well.
