Well still the same story with me. I'll try it again (much) later to see if it is shaping or if the account I got given is broken.
 
Oh yeah, and again for some reason (it was affecting multiple isps but was fixed on them, including CW) Speedtest is reporting my location as Lesotho?

Edit: It only seems to be speedtest that has this issue. Just a broken IP?
 
After 6pm, so Supersport streaming is working again. Should rename the shaper to Con-fusion.

Oh, my account did die last night/early this morning. They gave me a new one this morning which is also a bit broken.

Does anybody here actually have access to Crystal Webs News server. I have asked at least three times now and nothing, nada.

I am rarely getting this level of service that's been advertised. Was it just good marketing and nothing more?

Remember to drop support a mail. CW isn't monitoring this thread 24.7.

Sunday for me:
Played about 2.5 hours of D3 with a solid ping of 190ms.
Grabbed about 15 gigs in alt.binz.
Streamed YT.

...I would hardly call everyone's experience ****.

Last time I had an issue CW/Shaun was more than willing to sort it out with me after I've informed him about the problem. The thing is CW needs to know about an issue or issues, they don't monitor this thread 24.7 and the only (and proper) way is to drop them a mail or at least try to chat someone on live support.

BUT it is also important to leave a reply here so that we can get a picture of what is happening. however it should not be the only action you take.

I'm, for now, is happy with CW. Do remember that CW is still quite young and they will have issues from time to time...

This does not mean STFU when you have a problem or try to censor those who have! I'm just adding my feedback.

Yup. My HULU streaming has been perfect today. Downloads run at full speed when I need them as well. I suspect there are still some bugs with the shaper and maybe some people don't quite understand how the "shaping protocols" work after they have exceeded their unshaped data portions.

People are quick to jump on the "cancel bandwagon" without allowing CW to sort it out. I'm not saying don't raise issues as/when they arise but just a little bit of patience goes a long way (at least give them a chance to sort issues out).
Just my 2c.

That popcorn time almost works like that, but with bit torrent protocols. Was hoping for a HTTP version.
