Ever since we received the new details, this is all I get on any download I do.

Never had this problem before, and now I get nothing done. Now I have to torrent all of that again. Please poke them with a stick, 2000 day retention means nothing if you cannot complete downloads!
Your news server details will need to change. Contact support and they will amend your login for you.
Although your new login will be your new [email protected] and your password is your ADSL password. If that doesn't work then support may need to manually activate it for you - it is now completely automated on our end.
I did copy paste it out of the email, and just doublechecked it. It logs in just fine, it downloads just fine, but nothing completes >.<

With Cybersmart's "sterling" reputation, is that necessarily a good thing?Because they use the Cybersmart backbone.

I just tried one and it averaged 393kB/s on a 4Mbps line with 20 error blocks, which were repaired.Same here.

Not sure if this will be frowned upon?Please note that Telkom have issued notices that due to load shedding numerous areas are offline and will have their DSL services affected. If you are unable to connect right now, or if services are severely affected, this is in all likelihood the reason.
Not frowned upon at all, at least not by us. We can't verify the accuracy and completeness of the data
