Support is actually pretty on the ball each time I've had an issue, although being auto-magically transfered to the MD or Forum Rep a few times may have had something to do with that.

One thing that's a little iffy is that the system creates a ticket (and double notifies you of this by email and sms) when using live chat, generally I think tickets should be reserved for offline/long term issues rather than ones that the person I'm talking to will hopefully sort out. But really that's me searching for short straws. Support at CW has impressed me a couple of times already.
 
im having a problem with hulu... my streaming on netflix and youtube and even crunchyroll and popcornflix all are fine except hulu...

CW can you help? it took me almost an hr to watch 20 mins of Grimm last night, this happened after i got my new username...

Every chat is a ticket - we simply view it as another method of reporting a ticket to us. Chats are automatically converted to tickets and a record of the chat and therefore the ticket is available to you too, which will be released into the customer portal with the next deployment.

BTW, we updated the customer portal - any feedback and suggestions would be great.

Hulu is a known issue and part of the fix going in now. It's a service that worked fantastically before, and now needs some tweaking to get 100% right on our end.

any idea when it will get sorted? otherwise i'll have to download the episodes and not looking forward to that and FLASH is going to be on tonight:(

I also have very bad buffering on Hulu plus, so I'm glad it is being sorted out ;)
 
Is anyone else experiencing any packet loss? I seem to be getting quite a bit today, and it gets noticeably worse when I start a single threaded download. Are there any known network issues at the moment?

Anything up with international traffic? I am downloading Itunes and the 120mb file is taking an hour and a half already with another 2 hours to go.

It's part of the new network rollout this week. Hulu essentially changed their SSL streaming ports and the servers they deliver content from keeps changing as well - so occasionally it's not being recognised correctly. Fixing as we speak. I'm a big fan of Hulu so it's one I am following up on closely.
