Does anyone know if Telkom has a Fiber checker site somewhere? My one WUG friend told me he is currently on a 12mbps Fiber line and using a 2mbps account all for R600 a month, that to me sounds like a deal. Would love a CW 2mbps acc on a fiber line at the new place. :)

Telkom wont let you,
Prices start at R999/pm on a 2 year contract for 20Mbs.

Think your friend is mistaken

Yesterday I streamed music without buffering for the first time in weeeeeks! Very pleased.
 
Is the port reset option via the customer portal still on the cards?
Speaking under correction, but I think it is already available in the portal, if CW manages your line.

My line is not with them, so I can't confirm and could be wrong.

My line is with them and port reset is not available.
 
Any idea why I have to pause torrents and resume before they reach half line speed?
 
Am I allowed to share internet in a Complex?

The basic answer is no - both licensing related concerns and product descriptions ...

Issue resolved - ok - Crystalweb just won a loyal customer for the xmas season. Late night support via non-dedicated support channel is not something to be sneezed at.

Keep up the good work guys!
 
Saw some better performance today, when my power was actually ON.

PS: How about resetting those usage counters? Still seeing Nov usage.
 
Had the best weekend, Internet wise, in a while. I'm glad I stuck it out and waited.
Lets keep it this way :D
 
Vox account streaming Twitch on source, same stream on CW can't sustain Medium. Steam going full speed, YouTube being meh. Improvement from last week.
