My apologies. Been a little hectic. This is an odd issue that was reported to us by a few customers - we've isolated the issue to one of two things right now, and both providers have been informed and are working on it. In the interim please do make use of live chat for the time being if you are not receiving the replies we are sending. We are hoping to have the providers come back with a solution in the next few days but they're not as easily accessible as one would expect this time of year.
