Pings to EU at 190ms and http and p2p coming down at around 140kb/s on 2mb. Still not what I'd expect from what I'm paying but fairly satisfied.

Pings are ok but League of Legends has HUGE packet loss on CW. Switch to my AH account just to play :/

Not on my end. Occasional packet loss but it has improved significantly over the past few days.

I'm not able to replicate this on my end at the moment on either of our test lines.

Can you contact support and we can look into it for you?

there are a couple of problems on the way throughput is load balanced

There is a permanent solution that will be implemented but in itself that solution would carry a trade off. To offset the trade off we have had to do some acrobatics on a business model.

That would be the most logical thing to do, Considering the backbone is, Well, Cybersmart.

There are some great things about the Cyber smart backbone but many of the benefits found in the upstream arrangement don't suit the premium consumer offerings we are molding in which other backbone approaches offer.

Okay, Well this leads me to believe you are joining with Cybersmart and another Backbone provider, Lets say, The unshaped allocation is provided by the other backbone provider and the shaped allocation is provided by Cybersmart.
