I thought CW had 24 hour support via either live chat or emails? I last replied to a support ticket email at 17:04 and still havent received a reply.

If anyone at CW reads this, please see ticket #10687 - i think i am having authentication issues

Not on weekends

Ugghhhh, seems like everything that is passed through mweb gives me 10-30% loss, and pings 30-120 again ;_;

EDIT:
nvm just seems like something is broken somewhere:

NNTP up to no good again, running between 50KB/s and 100KB/s.

When is this symmetric network thingy up and running?

Last week and the weekend were painful for me in D3 and I thought it was because my physical Telkom line had dropped from hanging in the air to lying on the ground. Well Telkom fixed that on Saturday and for the most part D3 was awesome then yesterday afternoon it was extremely bad. Ping would be showing green but in game you could feel the latency and then it would drop to red for 5 minutes then back to green. Killed all wireless from the router and only had my PC same story. The strange thing was that tracert to the servers were okay. Then I decided to fire up Star Citizen to download and in the whole night it managed +-2GB :(. Something is really broken somewhere... :/ :?

*edit*

Sent support a ticket last night...

I also had issues with this(different game) last night. Switching ISP's fixed it for me, so CW was definitely having some latency issues. I have also logged a ticket hoping for a speedy resolution.

+1. NNTP has taken a dive on my side as well.

HHTP downloads were also problematic late last night/early this morning. A Firefox setup download took me over 30min.

Jesus doesn't understand tcp.....

Erm, for the last hour or so there has been 5-15% packetloss on each hop int. after th102-lon-vl-pcr2b.borwood.net

Twitch broken :/

Did traceroute to international server, and picked this up on 2nd hop after router:

Traceroute has started…

traceroute to mc.eccgamers.com (72.20.52.109), 64 hops max, 72 byte packets

Did a ping test to 105.233.35.1 and following result:

Now would this be Telkom or CW's area of responsibility, seem to recall the 2nd hop is normally the exchange and may indicate congestion.

I had trouble streaming last night as well.... Switched to another ISP and it was fine.

I have seriously started having problems about the last month and a bit but I have to say that it starts at hop 2 already, my line for the month (December) from what I have seen has not synched above 1339 (4mb Telkom line).
I am sadly looking into wireless as the issue is a Telkom issue. I have to say that my CW experience bar the Telkom problem is what was promised. YouTube and Netflix had been super, reliability has been great and CW delivered on the expectation that was created for me.

If CW could get me a 4mb fibre for a reasonable price for me as a home user I would stay or if they had a wireless option that would have been great.
Lets see maybe Telkom can resolve the problem but I think we also experiencing major exchange congestion in the peak times and streaming is our entertainment when home in the evening as I do not have DSTV/Toptv and sure as s**t cannot stand the majority of the junk on SABC.

From my side if you use your connection mainly for streaming and of course your exchange is not congested I would recommend CW.
