I would like to know do I have up until the 20th of this month to cancel for this month's end or do I have to stay until the end March?
You can cancel any time before the 19th for all accounts at the moment. You're not locked in for a calendar month.

Found it! Ahh, They did it during the early hours of this morning to avoid service outages during the day.
Seems to be faults popping up through gauteng caused by the metro ethernet infrastructure failing too.
ETTR 5 hours, so may have had an impact, but yeah, they're getting better at this whole planning thing.![]()
Appears to be isolated to voice services for the time being, but extending outside of Gauteng now too.
Glad someone has noticed the efforts which the planning dept goes through![]()
