If I run out of data on the 120GB offering, what does additional data cost?

Best is to upgrade to the higher package, alternatively the topups are R19/GB, so changing package works out cheaper. :)
 
Support status: please note that support will be offline from midnight tonight until 8am tomorrow due to maintenance and new system deployments.

Over the past few weeks we've had just about zero queries or support tickets submitted during this time so I'm hoping this won't prove to be much of an inconvenience for anyone.

Just as a quick feedback poll: how would you feel about support offered until midnight only and 24 hours only when required? Just a question for now - not a plan at all.

I wouldn't mind as long as there was a way to get hold of someone for those "Everything is dead and I have no internet!" moments.

So yeh, service have moved up quite a bit in priority for me. Finding itself in a tidy position 1 at this moment.

Getting better though. 100% satisfaction ratings for chats over the last 7 days and longest wait time on average by one agent is 1 minute. Averaging between 30s to 50s for all other agents. Average reply time is 30 seconds. :)

EDIT: There is just one problem, can be a major depends on your outook, this thread is too damn quiet!

It is very quiet. Feedback is minimal when things are great.

I am just too busy these past few weeks. I don't have enough time to game anymore and the nntp download queue is a bit too empty to my liking.....

I had a hick up the other day (or maybe a week or two ago, can't remember), but with a router power cycle of 10 min off it was sorted.


...... now if it is not for the download shaper that is annoying me sometimes:whistle:, there is nothing else to complain about.
