Full streaming speed. Just tested a NZB and it ran 100% as well.

Seems some heavy shaping / bandwidth management is being done on Crystalwebs side.
My nntp downloads have been a steady band of 65kb/s -101kb/s since 9pm.
My cheap FNB 4mb/s account has been running at 495kb/s for the past few days now, even with their shaping in place.

Uncapped.
Gaming has been good though and speeds just increased to 200kb/s.

Like I said, CW is a "streaming" account with unlimited after hours IMO.

So, if you don't stream but download, then you just have to set up sickbeard to pull stuff at 3am, and just watch it off your hdd.

If you want immediate gratification, then I believe CW isn't for you IMHO (although I will keep recommending you guys).

My "normal" star rated uncapped IS account gives me full speed after 5pm (suits me fine as that's when I get home) and all weekend if I want it, so, as always, different strokes for different folks (YMMV).

I see crystal web are offering premium and standard uncapped now. Is the shaping the same on both accounts? and what is the rolling window on shaping?

Same here, normal capped running downloads at 40Kb on 4mb line at 1 in the morning
