Well, we got it the last time around, but our results weren't published for some reason. Hoping this time they will be, even if we're not #1. :)

Umm, okay, I did the survey but no where did I get the option to choose who my ISP was? Did the URL contain the ISP Id?

If you selected ADSL or VDSL as your connection, it would have opened up a new section beneath to select your ISP and rate them.

Was told yesterday afternoon on live chat that my issue would be converted to a ticket and my connection would be monitored for 24hours due to the slow speeds and unusual packet loss seen on winMTR from the 2nd hop onwards, after which someone would be in touch to give feedback.

Could you look into that - still no word

Initial support suggestion was a port or exchange issue, which would make sense as Telkom definitely screwed something up last week during the nationwide maintenance.

Would you guys throttle my internet if I download large games on Steam ex. 60GB for GTA V ?

Depends which type of uncapped you sign up for IMO, On my uncapped premium account I schedule my downloads between 12am and 8am and I'm super happy - If you can do the same with the steam/torrents I'm sure you will also be happy.

I've basically just abandoned my Vox Fat Shyte for CW.

CW delivers what I expect when I buy by the Gig.
 
OK I might need you guys to lower my account speed, having Netflix in HD all day makes getting work done impossible :P

I did.

I issued my cancellation notice to Afrihost and set my CW account to start on the 1st of the following month. Easy as that.

As for my line it was with Afrihost. In the process of moving back to Telkom now, will then go to CW directly afterward :)

We seemed to have the same issues at AfriHost (TS lag and packet loss, game lag, etc, etc). These issues have gone away at CW?

I was just about to edit my post to make note of that.

ZERO packet loss on Mumble and in any games I've played - on PC and console - local and internationally. I have moved to one of their capped accounts - my usage simply does not warrant an uncapped account - and all it took from my side was adding a scheduler to start and stop at 00:00 and 06:00 respectively to manage my downloads.

All game updates come down at line speed when I need them and I never have issues with streaming now either. A nice plus that.

I definitely advise giving them a try mate!

The hype is real :D

These guys go out of their way to provide a fantastic service. They give answers to the utmost best of their ability (not limited by technical, rather NDA) and the upfront honesty is refreshing.
