I'm guessing Western Cape?

I identified the issue there and we resolved it without anyone really noticing (we thought). Our new systems will soon do this automatically which is quite cool.

Just used your test account - real cool on NNTP - full line speed.
OK this was your top unshaped business account. Just 1 issue - does the cap not get enforced?...

Luckily I stopped myself.....
 
Quite happy with the home capped account (Note home, not business free), FTP speeds could be faster (generally hovered around 10mbit instead of the 17 I'm used to) at any testing hour. I did find that the realtime services (web browser download, elder scrolls online installer, streaming via plex from overseas) worked great at all times.

It feels like with CW the things that would upset you being slow are, at all times, fast but what you do with being a bit slower is.

Their stellar support and that small sacrifice will probably pull me away from afrihost
 
Hi, do you think the new applications are going to get sorted today? I signed up 2 days ago and nothing yet. I wanted to activate 1 June, but now thinking of moving it to 1 May.

Pushing very hard for today's deployment. Yesterday's announcement and surge in uptake has made it necessary, so we're all working insane hours to get this tested and deployed at the moment. I do apologise for the delay, but 48 hours does not sound right at all - can you PM me your name and email and I'll follow up for you?

Just want to say I am glad that a company worth supporting is being supported. I am just really hoping that a year down the line we don't have an Afrihost situation, but you guys also seem to have good foresight so I'm 90% sure that won't be an issue. Good luck!

Well currently CW is the only ISP that has the standard of support I expect, it does remind me of the early Afrihost and WebAfrica days.

While I've got you here, I was wondering if you guys have any thoughts about starting a bank? After a day of frustratingly bad service I thought it couldn't hurt to ask!
