Found the problem, damn iCloud backup on an iPad. Latency and speed back to normal.

This is most definitely one of the most common causes to this issue, along with Skydrive/Google Drive uploads.

This won't have any affect on any online gaming right?

a couple of guys on this forum are probably itching to give you some advise on how to eliminate the problem of iCloud backups on the iPad

It depends, Will it restrict upload speeds on all devices as a whole or specific devices?

I can only restrict all uploads on my router. Funny enough I had QoS for that particular device set to low priority yet it still used full upload bandwidth.

Think the moral of the story here is don't use Telkom routers.

Performance is really fluctuating a lot lately

Watching Youtube through the PS3 and it's constantly dropping to 240p before going to 720p. Very rarely hits 1080p which it used to.

Are there any issues?

These home uncapped accounts that say you must schedule your downloads after hours, yet when someone does that they still flagged for high usage?

Can someone explain that to me please?
 
We'll need to run some testing on our side with regards to this specific game, Hopefully this will be resolved very soon...

Out of curiosity, (I know it killed the cat:D), but how would one go about testing the connection when there is an issue like this?

The reason I ask is, I am a PC gamer, and I will run a WinMTR to the server if I have an issue. Is there something similar for consoles?

The user whom I believe you are referring to, Chose a Home Uncapped Basic account meant for entry level internet users which is where the problem comes in. Our Home Uncapped Premium is better suited for downloaders, as advertised under the Home Premium FAQ and Respective Product Page.
