I've signed up now and am waiting for log in and account details so I can pay. Any idea how long this takes? I'm hoping to be up and running pretty much instantly.

Edit: No worries, got them.

just checked with the support desk and details should have been sent off. If you don't have them please drop me a PM with the email address you've signed up with.

I've got them Paul, thanks. Just going to change the router settings and check it out :)

I'm on the so called "Premium Business Uncapped".

Why you are on a Business account and
a consumer I don't know. But I do know that business hours are 9-5 usually.

I'm really struggling to run simultaneously streams on my 10mb home capped account. Any combo of Netflix, YouTube, IPTV Stalker, BBC iPlayer etc seems too much and I have already resorted to running Netflix on low quality for my daughter. This was never a problem with WA's home capped account. Also been struggling for three weeks to get my line transferred to CW and have sent multiple reminders to support. Wanting to upgrade to 20mb to see if that will help which is the wrong approach when I know that I could do simultaneous streams before :(

Need a bit of help. I want to access the online portal but the 'home premium uncapped' button is greyed out, so when I select a different option I get a username/password error.

I don't know if it matters what product you click on to enter the portal, but I'm assuming the username and password are just the ones sent to us for the router?

The portal for Home Uncapped Premium is still not available.

Would be great if download plus gigs on capped accounts ran all weekend say from 12:00am Saturday - 06:00am Monday.

From my own usage patterns & I'm sure for many most of my downloads take place during the weekend. A bit difficult to eat up all those free gigs during the week.

Very true.

From what I've gleaned from posts made regarding upcoming products, they might have something like this in their wheelhouse so to speak.

I'm hoping for announcements in the coming month.

If they do I hope there's enough capacity for al the sign ups

keeping the balance right is always a challenge but we sooner limit signups than end up with a capacity wall that can't be quickly resolved - some lag is sometimes inevitable between uptake and provisioning

we also have done some bridging mechanisms to lead in lower yield accounts (the home capped) so that they aren't on the same pipe until we grow some capacity

so ja while it may occur that sometimes we'd like to bring in more capacity or capacity faster than circumstances permit maintaining a high capacity network is really really important to us.

And the download plus suggestion from 12:00am Saturday - 6am Monday? come on Paul be a sport.
